We may also ask for information related toyour travel preferences so that we can provide better service and make yourvacation a more memorable one.
If you are making a reservation whichincludes a rental car, we will also ask for the information required by therental car supplier, including the names and age of the driver(s) of the rentalcar.
If your reservation is made as part of orin connection with a group, meeting, or event, we will provide your name anddates of stay to the group, meeting or event planner, or organizer.
How We Collect Personal Data
Online Services: We collect personal datawhen you make a reservation, make a purchase on our websites, communicate withus, or connect with us or post on social media pages, sign up for emailmarketing, or participate in a survey, contest or promotional offer.
When making reservations: If you elect toreceive notifications from My TRI Suites during the reservation process, theinformation on the reservation form (excluding your credit card information)will be recorded in the database. You will have access to the database at anytime to update this information.
SMS Opt-In: By providing your mobile phonenumber to us, you are voluntarily opting in to receive mobile messages relatedto your stay with us to include: arrival details, announcements, correspondencewith our guest services staff, and emergency notices. You may opt-out from thisservice at any time by texting STOP, QUIT, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, OR UNSUBSCRIBE.
Opt-in Subscriber: If you elect tosubscribe to My TRI Suites’ marketing communication outside of the reservationprocess, only your email address and country of origin are required.Occasionally, My TRI Suites may send you messages regarding discounts,specials, or additional privileges that you may be entitled to if you belong toour list of email subscribers. Because your privacy is important to us, you mayrequest to be removed from our list of email subscribers at any time byutilizing the instructions to unsubscribe.
Third Parties. We may collect data aboutyou from third parties, including personal, demographic and aggregateinformation. For example, if you make a booking through a travel agent, we willobtain your travel information from that agent. We may also obtain informationabout you from our marketing partners, advertisers and other third parties.

Protection of Your Personal Data
My TRI Suites takes extra care to ensurethat your customer data is not used in any way for which you have not given usapproval. My TRI Suites does not sell, lease, trade, or give your email addressor other personal information to any third parties for their direct marketingpurposes.
My TRI Suites uses MailChimp to manage itsemail newsletter and marketing programs. MailChimp has its own Privacy Policy(available for review at MailChimp.com) which protects the personal data itreceives from My TRI Suites and other customers.
Except for information provided toMailChimp and to travel suppliers or vendors whose services or products youhave purchased, My TRI Suites will not give any of the personal informationthat you have provided to us to other companies without your permission.
In order to eliminate unauthorized use,your credit card information is sent securely from your browser to ourreservations center. Credit card numbers are utilized only for paymentprocessing and are not kept for marketing purposes. No credit card informationis stored on our servers.
We ask that you do not send us anysensitive information via email. Credit card information should only beprovided to us via the online reservation form, which encrypts your credit cardinformation to ensure your security, or by contacting our reservations center.
